yes made by shimano

usually on the bb once extracted it will give you the length

see http://www.sheldonbrown.com/bbsize.html

and

https://www.buycycle.co.za/components/bottom-bracket/shimano-un26-bottom-bracket/

or take it out and take it to your LBS (not very popular anymore and you'll probably struggle to get one online)

If you remove the BB the part no. should be on a sticker or stamped on the outer shell of the BB cartridge that comes out. They come in different lengths.

It's a Shimano Deore crank, have the same crank on my wife's bike and yes they are a mission to remove if you don't have the right tools.

Didn't watch the videos, but you will also need a crank puller to remove the cranks first before you get to the bb.....

Edit: See the crank removal is covered in the videos posted by fanievb. The pic is not 100% clear, but before you go shopping for tools, loosen the bolt on the crank slowly. It should loosen itself by pushing against the "locknut". Be careful not to strip the thread on the cranks. If you are lucky, you won't need the crank puller. A long nose pliers will work to unscrew the "locknut" (nut with two holes in it)

CWP7 is the correct tool although CCP22 is much easier to use
