Seems like everybody I know is starting in VA or VB, even those who havent raced in more than a year nor have racing license, they didnt even enter the racing cats....

My seeding is wrong again, since last years Jock, ASG has been moving me to the back of the race. Maybe I have been a naughty boy

as will all races. Just quiry it at registration.

Fiance is supposed to be in VA but seeding email today says he is in KL? That is just plain ridonkulous I will have to get him reseeded when I go my late entry. ASG you overpriced morons.

You should mail ASG and ask them to check. I think they stuffed up some of the seeding again like they did in the last couple of events. Probably used the MTB seeding again instead of road. They fixed mine last time for Berge & Dale.

2 weeks ago or so ASG did request via email that the entrants to double check there seeding. Knew that people will come back and complain about it

There were some serious potholes from the ERPM golf club to the finish. Hope they were filled. Also some big ones on Rondebult I believe?

I cant recall of any serious potholes. The previous last 5km section is changed that was next to the railway track where the road works are and potholes. The small road work section at the ERP small climb also done. cycled past sunday there

Quick question - my neighbour and my seeding is exactly the same - we finished 94.7 together last year. So far that's our road bike experience, we do a lot of mtb races, which does not count, as that's SASeeding. He's seeded in VA, and me in GL. Don't really care about where I start, only we are driving together, and I don't want to hang around for an hour/make him wait for an hour. Must I just query at registration?

The potholes were mainly on Pretoria Road just before the N12, and on Yaldwin, Taljaard and Jones.

 

A detailed list was given to the organisers and the same team that fills the holes on the Carnival City Macsteel National Classic is the same team filling the holes on later this week.
