Heart condition caused by heat exhaustion most likely. Seems to be a common problem at the epic this year.

The @capeepic does not take any prisoners. After @arianekleinhans finished the stage thinking that she completely blew up, she realized that her rotor was badly bent after a crash and had to ride at an insane amount of Watts to get to the finish line.
