NotSoBigBen Posted May 1, 2008 Posted May 1, 2008 Lil Ben back on the bike this afternoon, him and I went out for a 45k roadbike ride. 4.5 weeks after his collar bone op. He reckons he has no pain and he has full movement of it so it seems he can put in a couple of roadbike rides in the next week or 2. His spirit is definitely lifted

'Your collarbone is 80% healed, you can ride road and MTB but nothing technical' - he says! And in fact in another 2.5 weeks you can ride whatever you want!! Woohoo the boy is back .... the pain begins again for the old toppies on the training rides but hey it's all good! Pantani - that shirt sure look's good on the lil blighter! Thanks again mate, doesn't make up for missing out on the Quickstep world champ one that Zaskar has but it helps .........
