What will it go for?

Hey guys

 

I have a set of Rockshox Tora 302 forks.

I'm not really sure what they are worth and since I want to upgrade to air forks, selling these would be a step forward.

Here are the specs (that I know)

 

Steerer tube: 1 1/8 inch

Wheelsize: 26"

Travel: 100mm

Axle: Currently using QR

Rebound adjustment

Preload Adjustment

 

I am hoping someone here could tell me what they are worth and whether I should consider keeping them or not.

Its pretty old and not a big market for 26" forks. As for what they worth, couple hundred bucks at the most i would guess.

Of the entry level coil shocks these were one one of the better ones. I had a RS-Judy 2 which was basically a slightly compressible rigid. I like how the Tora's have the  85 to130mm adjustment - but that was the 318 model. 

 

Anyways, the 1st generation iPhone was also a hot item at one point.

Straight steerer actually might be in demand for a Singlespeed build .Advertize it and see what people will pay for it .How much does it weigh ?

I paid R800 for a 26" Recon a whole back, I think the Tora will go for more or less the same.

I could recently get a second hand 26" Reba for R1000 and a brand new SR Suntour 26" coil fork for R700.Ended up buying a second hand Manitou Nixon for R800.

Would go with Brandon's estimate of R250 - R300.

Geese, in that case I'll save up and rather keep it for another build, I knew it wouldn't bring much but was still expecting a bit more.

I have no idea what it weighs as well, but I've never been to stressed about weight, probably weighs like 1kg-1,5kg but I'm not sure.
