Is there anyone that has done this on their Vipa and what would your recommendation be?

Is there anyone that has done this on their Vipa and what would your recommendation be?Iwan had Wide Lighnings wih 2.25 racing ralphs on his Vipa, and there was loads of clearance. I'd advise sending him a PM to check what other tyres he's tried.
ACM Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 I did read the thread in question, but can also check for you if you want. I'm running ztr crest with spez fast track 2.2 on my vipa, but I also have a set of AC WL on my other bile with 2.25 RR on it. So I can check it. I don't believe the side clearance is the problem. The top of the tyre clearing the little bar between the two seat stays is very 'narrow' on my fast track. A wider rim might help as it stretches open the tyre, but maybe check with Iwan.
