Broken anthem rear swing arm

What are the chances of getting a replacement frame under warranty. Bike purchased new in September 2012

If you are the original owner with proof of purchase, almost 100%

I'm guessing they'll just replace the rear triangle.

They may offer you an upgrade to a later year if they don't have stock with a small payin

Yep. Linkage replacement. Same thing happened on my 2010 reign X. Be sure to give them EXACT details though. Links are about 600 or so

That looks like a bearing seized and that led to the failure.

Not a common failure there, they usually break on the main triangle and at the toptube/seattube junction.

Nope. No common on the anthem. Was common on the reign X cos they removed a section of it to allow for ISCG mountings. This was fixed in the 2nd production year back in 2011

Just replaced all the pivot bearings a month ago so definitely no bearing seizure.

 

Happened at the bottom of the trail before you head up to the top of Southern Cross drive. Just off the tar over the small roots
