Waiting to hear the full story why LbL riders were not in the $ Cat. But they got the 3 fastest times on the day (racetec results), along with no doubt bring a few A riders in ahead on time compared to the $ group. I appreciate racing tactic but until now in say the Cape Town Cycle tour - the $ bunch has always been a good few minutes faster than the A bunch.

I know what the rules probably say (I questioned the rules some years back) with regards who should get the prize money - but I am not sure if the rules are correct. This by know means is in the riders hands - those who got prize money today and those who put up the fastest times are friend of mine. The result do however look a little cock up compared to the podium - just saying. I should mention I was not at the event.

I also believe (facebook posts) the ball may have been dropped with regards to rider safety and Ambulance services available and medical facilities at the end. Any comment on this.

Don't be like that, where's the love [emoji7]

Surely you can understand why the winner should come from $? I'm sure LBL did a team time trial so it wasn't really a race in A was it?

And I don't really know why LBL started in A except for a few rumours, so let's wait for the real reasons.

With you 100% on the ambulance story. No excuses. Hope PPA, CSA or someone does a thorough investigation.

Before we get on with the regular PPA bashing excercise. Why were the LBL riders not in $? Did they not enter in time? Or whats the story?

From what I heard they just forgot to enter and thought they could rock up on the morning and enter. Sounds like someone should have read a thread on the hub about the PPA league and having to enter by the 12th of October.

Was great riding, was wondering where you went to! Think you were with us over the climb and were all back together.

We had a comfort stop at 60km (Some savages are getting old) then stopped for water to replicate DC and get some paceline practice for DC, so two decent chases back to the group.

Our rider Will, came second on the strava segment climb on the day! Serious hammer!

Saw you an a Cannondale now

Did I see correctly through my crampfest?

That would be correct :) A Spez Venge with ultegra is no longer a viable option. :P

I do love the cannondale, I just need to find a longer stem, 120/130.

I hope that's inspirational improvement rather than just a terrible Argus.

Well done.!

My hardest race to date, was actually counting down the KM from +- 60 to go when I realized I only have 3 sips of liquid left..

Big Ups to the 2 X Hot Chillee and 1X summit boys , solid ride

Yellow mavic shoes? I climbed next to you up hels. Black and green fuji and namaqua shirt. I wanted to introduce myself, but the pace was killing me. Thought I would do it later, but never saw you again.
