Finish Line Cycles. Great service.

Hi Guys

 

Just want to add another good note for Finish Line Cycles in Kempton Park.

 

Took my road bike in for a service on Monday afternoon and was told that it would be ready by Wednesday (busy time of year due to 947). Got a call after the bike was looked at stating issues that have been found and to confirm costs before starting the service. All was confirmed and Bike was ready on Wednesday for pick up.

 

I went for a ride this morning with one of the local bike groups and the bike was amazing, with gear changes being very smooth.

 

Thanks Finish Line. You have my full support for future bike services.

The only place I'll take my bike for a service! It is like you get a brand new bike after every service and I have never had to take it back for adjustments.  I've got rubber grips for my tri bars - they scrubbed those up on the bike clean - I was going to see if I could find replacements but when I collected it after the service there was no need any more.

Best shop around! Great people, great service, well stocked shop and if they dont have they will get it.

Have taken my bikes there for 15 years and never had issues. Clint and his personnel are always friendly and helpful.

FLC are great. Don't go there much anymore because it's a bit far but I have known Clint for a very long time. When Arthur was there he was also an asset. Shortly after he left a lot of guys complained but it sounds like they have done well to "replace" him.

The new bigger premises also has helped a lot.

Clint runs a good shop there, good service and prices including a few discounts thrown in occasionally, bought 2 bikes from him and plenty of parts. Not many shops where busy as they are the shop owner makes you coffee even when I just pop in for a chat.

But I'd like to give a shout out to Mike at Finish Line Cycles.

Was on the hunt for a used bike for my eldest daughter, decided to give Finish Line a call and see what they had. Mike was exceptional, was sending me pics of bikes before we even finished our conversation.

Unfortunately they did not have what we wanted in our budget, but we'll be visiting there on the weekend to get a new helmet for the youngest daughter.
