No.

As I said before, it's because you went for the lightest possible variant.

Direct from Schwalbe

Even the "normal" RR and Rons do this...so i can imagine how bad it must be with these lite skins...

Rocket Rons' and Racing Ralphs' sidewalls are very porous so use more sealant and place the tyre on it side on a open bucket so the sealant can seal the sidewalls

I really struggle to find the benefits of tubeless. A mate had a puncture on a brand new Maxxis Agressor. It was a very small little hole right where the tyre meets the rim (on the the sidewall).

We filled up with sealant and inflated, the sealant pissed out for a while then sealed. We made sure we get even spread on all areas in the tyre by switching it around and rotating the tyre.

After leaving it to seal properly we inflated the tyre back to the pressure we wanted, but then it just pissed out again. We decided to plug it, properly. With a few plugs in the hole and more sealant we repeated the process again. It seemed to hold up, but only until you start riding again and then some more sealant spewed out.

Repeated the process again, no luck.

This is a brand new R800 tyre, used probably 5 times or so.

Where is the benefits in going tubeless if such a small hole can render the tyre un-rideable?

And this from a supposedly more tougher tyre (Maxxis Agressor) ????

How 'small' was the hole if you needed 'a few plugs'?
