I see Sagan came out and said he would rather loose MSR than win it like Kwaito did last year.

Oooo I love cyclists, not some softies like in F1, soccer or rugby.

But he didn't actually use those words..the video is online somewhere.

He also said people are different... that loss cut deep and he acknowledged that he made mistakes ..live and lean hey..

Our buddy over in France is planning his Roubaix day...this year he isn't riding the amateur race but focusing solely on watching it road side and from inside the velodrome..over the years he has figured out the best routes how to get in and out of Arenberg ..where to park so that he can do the whole watch and go to next stop.. but he has never watched from inside the velodrome...and bargain he wife's grandparents live right around the corner from the velodrome now his only obstacle will be road closures near their place .

I lagged it takes a bit of planning this whole spectator thing. Timing is everything..especially with Roubaix ..from what I understand Flanders is much easier..He's become quite the pro..so we normally see him on the tellie with his SA flag at all the right places.

I told him he should start a tour guide business for during the classics.[emoji23][emoji23]

So if any if you ever want to go over to watch..I know a guy who has the routes sorted[emoji23][emoji23]

His odds are 1/22 on wsb so I might just put R20 on that happening.

Or Stuyven 1/66

Oss 1/200

Cyclingnews:

There will thus be four commissaires on duty at Milan-San Remo. Three will travel in cars and on motorbikes within the race as normal, while a fourth will observe proceedings on multiple television monitors from a truck near the finish line.

A number of recent, high-profile incidents have highlighted the need a video commissaires, who will be able to communicate with their colleagues throughout the race and alert them to any infractions.

Watching last years race last night, i wonder what Peter could have done differently to avoid getting pipped at the  post by the hangers-on? Get away by himself? Almost impossible if you are so well marked, Fabio had the same problem
