I fear this is going to happen time and time again this season... Some dolts fired a flare into the fynbos below the Sentinal the other day too

All that it would do is clear the alien, making the trails easier to see and therefore faster

Just got home from a ride, I see two choppers dropping water just over the saddle where the fire was headed.

Can't see any flames or smoke.

Anyone on that side see anything?

And on my ride I saw 2 fires on Noordhoek side.

One above Kommetjie, one in the valley.
