Cav stop listening to Phil.. Sagan did a perfect leadout for Bennett. [emoji23]

Didn't listen to the Phil Show commentary, but come to think of it it is exactly what the old senile chap would say..

He did too.. it went something like this.."and there is Sagan he has started very early" ...and then he even comments that Bennett is on his wheel..but continues after Sagan's job was done for Bennett that he has given up.. sigh. I mean anyone could see that he was leading out Bennett..how Phil didn't notice that the early bit was for Bennett I donno hey..why else would Bennett be on Sagan's wheel.

Another year and more Phil confusion awaits lol

Indeed, you shouldn't be in commentating/TV or radio at the age of 73.

I think the old timer is developing mild dementia. ~Mind you he was good in his hay days.~

Eurosport FTW unfortunately.

Ja the sport has also evolved so much and he hasn't so he isn't getting the tactics right anymore nor is he getting riders names right.. shame man.. he only sees the big names and doesn't actually concentrate on what is going on.

Oh well always said he would make a very good bus top tour guide[emoji12]

Seem everyone is in a happy place at Bora..very important with new team mates etc.. Bennett sure has a good kick..and he said himself he made a mistake .. but so you learn..really nice that they are working well together.

I think it's a case of a group of easy going relaxed yet confident guys who don't feel threatened by each others success who are riding together. Getting a feeling that there isn't much in the way of ego's in the team. Expecting big things from Sagz and Bennett.

Perhaps.. honestly the weapon of choice doesn't matter to me.. Same with long hair or unshaved legs..just do the job on the bike no matter what the bike looks like..

Hell GVA was rocking a gold frame after his Rio win.

The gold wheels are going to class with his frame though lol

Customary for the Olympic Champion to have a gold frame and or gold shoes. Not the World Champion as he did not win gold. Stereotypical east european wide boy. Even if he is very good on a bike.

PnP need names to feed the fans. Once it was Lance, now it's Sagan. They are past calling the race, or even interpreting and reading what's happening. It's all become facts and Sagan or Froome positioning. Froome not here so it's Sagan.

Classic bit in stage 2, Robbie McEwen gives his analyses of the race and how Richie Porte lost it 2 years ago. Back to PnP, Sherwin repeats it word for word. As if we were not cut over to Robbie and went to ads.

Unfortunately Carlton Kirby has lost all notion of independence as a commentator and had become Sky no 1 fanboy so it looks like the English speaking world is poked for coverage his year.

Indeed

Have you heard when Sean Kelly commentates and also sometime Matt White does some guest commentary...he is very very good. They are far better calling the race than some of the others.

Well technically he did cause last time I checked they hand out gold silver and bronze at world champs.

But the gold wheels are even too much for me [emoji23] [emoji23] ..but I see he isn't racing that Venge.
