Ruan.Botha Posted February 4, 2017 Posted February 4, 2017 Good day I am between two places, I stumbled upon this old bicycle at a pawnshop. I don't have any idea what it is and what to do with it. The frame size is 60cm and the group set is mainly Sr Suntour. I can however see that on the dropouts it is branded Compagnolo and the serial number and everything is still visible. Unfortunately the Colambus sticker has been damaged so I can't see any detials on there. If anyone can assist me please do.

Ampandy Posted February 4, 2017 Posted February 4, 2017 As far as I know the name is the previous master welder that worked for Colnago , left to join another company and they named the frame after him. That was done in an effort to upset Colnago as they stole their master welder.

Ampandy Posted February 5, 2017 Posted February 5, 2017 No it's not a Colnago. Geometry alone differs, all they did was poach the master welder from Colnago at that time and name the frame after him. From what I hear they are built very decently. Take that bike before someone else does.
