Titan Sonic

Hi all hubbers. I've been reading all over the web and forums about the different dual sussers. What do you all think about the new Titan Sonic dual susser? Titan is an entry level brand that is quite unrecognized I think seeing that it was rated the best race ready budged bike in Bycyling magazine 2016.

I would like to know what you guys think about the Sonic. Is it going to make it or fade away?

Titan's hard tails are quite nice "budget bikes", they even have some carbon variants, Me personally do not like them, they look flimsy but it is just a person opinion, for the normal person I think they are way better than any Chain store bikes

On the flip side, I know guys who race the Titan hard tails and they are not weight weenies... the bikes can take a beating and do the job very well !!... I would not call them flimsy

Titan is a value for money orientated brand. Their hard tails rival Merida in terms of quality (life time guarantee on frame etc.) but they come much better specced at the same price point as Merida.

Based on personal experience. I had the Merida Big Nine 500 before upgrading to the Titan 29er pro.

Personally I would buy a Titan HT if under budget constraints ... if going with a duallie, I would look to rather buy a second hand brand with more suspension design experience / real world wear and tear experience such as a Giant Anthem.
