OOOOooooh Vittoria corsa speed or otherwise Michelin power (purely for the tech). Not sure what their protection is like but I think punctures are a luck thing anyway. I haven't got a country of origin dilemma like you so I really dig the Schwalbe One V-guard or Pro tubeless if you can go tubeless.

Well those are my choices. I just think Spez parts on spez bikes. (very OCD  )

Cant have Spez, but Michelin is ok? Okaaaaaaayyyy :P When I replace I will definitely look at the Vittoria Corsa's

I like the spez ones cause they have the world champ graphics, which seems to work for me, and according to Loreal, I must do things for me, cause Im worth it.

Honestly though and all jokes aside, looking at and riding that bike makes me so hard, that I struggle to notice tyres brand issues :P

Michelin is not from another bike brand at least...

So would you say then the bike makes you more aero... since you are "punt in die wind" when riding it ???

Don't bother.

3000km and they are stuffed.  And I had on average 1 puncture per week.

The base miles in December got me 5 punctures.  One of the days 3 on the same day.

The puncture protection on these things are WORTHLESS.

Back on Conti and I have had 0 punctures in 3 months now.  Not bad.

Having a look at rolling resistance stats......GP4000s II not bad.

Schwable is my next option but they are skaars soos hoener tanne.

Bad reviews on the Spez made me look the other way.

What remains are Michelin's new tekkies.......apparently they are not bad.

Evobikes and CWC for Schwalbes...  rolling on some One v-guards now... they feel lekke but are wider than what they state. 23c is 24mm and 25c was over 26mm so need to make sure the rim profile matches your preferred size.

Did you have the cotton Corsa's? I have the Open Corsa CX III . Only done about 100kms on them with no issues. Only time will tell. I use the Zaffiro's on a daily basis.

CX III as very good.

The new Graphine stuff is useless.

Got to love those Lonely Island dudes. So did you pay 'cash or credit' for those wheels?

Interesting choice of tyres. Are those the cotton Turbo's? Would love to hear your thoughts on them as well.

Ok ok, update time.

These Tyres are crap. They are comfortable enough at 26c running at 7 bar, grip levels seem average. But 4 punctures in a month is enough for me to conclude that I don't like them.

Tubeless is THE ONLY way to go. And in tubeless Schwalbe Pro One is the only way to go.

The Vittoria tubeless are a bit iffy. But Italian.

  If you can go tubeless then definitely! Might as well get all the advantage you can from those pretty new clinchers...

Have you considered the spez roubaix tires?

Currently using them on my training wheels and been quite happy with them.

No punctures so far, only done about 500km though.

Also using them on the IDT and not very noisy.
