Harryn Posted October 4, 2017 Share Almost all of my prep for the race has been on my trainer. I am starting to *** a bit, wondering if I can still ride without my aircon. I am in IL. Looks like it may be a long day out for me.

Im only taking the Road bike down, so no MTB trail riding unfortunately. where will you be staying ? lotsa nice routes in the PMB area or just go ride on some of the Amashova route. Its always nice riding through Fox / Thornville and up to Ichanga. So you can take in the views when riding, because come race day you will just be watching wheels. Dazshell Posted October 6, 2017 Share What is the best option to get myself and bike to PMB via bus from King Shaka ?I saw in an article this morning that Avis are offering a one-way hire option for King Shaka to Golden Horse Casino in PMB. Will probably work out cheaper than the bus!
shova Posted October 9, 2017 Share the roads are not good at all. The stretch between Inchanga and Botha's Hill is bad, some hectic bumps in there. I hope they start patching things up.we have been on the route on a weekly basis checking on the repairs and they are getting along nicely - they have promised all will be in order for the weekend of 22 October thanks Shova team sleepyeyed
Job Posted October 9, 2017 Share Last week I posted on classified wanted an entry to this race,I was about to give up when i got a call this morning from Ivan offering me his entry for FREE...I only have to pay for subsitution...there are very good hubbers in here. I really want to thank him for this generous offer. Now let me get onto my paincave and get ready to suffer. Neville Bailey Posted October 9, 2017 Share Yesterday East Coast Cycling Club rode a portion of the Amashova route, from Hillcrest to PMB and back, and here is a video recording of my ride, although I only completed 95km of the 120km route. https://youtu.be/5LNIr9T_rME
