They very similar riders but me think CF is still a better climber. The younger is the reason I wanted Sky to sign him to replace CF (That contract is no problem Sky gonna buy him out anyway LOL).

Is TD confirmed for TdeF? Would you not think he then also in a similar position to NQ form wise?

But, think these comments are on the wrong topic.

Loved the fabulous racing on yesterdays Crit. Amazing strength by the youngster to pull away from them breakaway in the sprint. Still looks like a real schoolboy. LOL

I am glad they held on, the breakaway wins today!

Anyway was not keen on boohanni taking it.................

Why not? Don't you like the little boxer. Find it hard to imagine him in a ring.

I imagine he's heading to Vuelta

He has unfinished business there

Definitely no TdF as he was involved in the Hammer Series - when he should be on the couch eating rice cakes, recovering

Today's ITT will be interesting, Martin is a Favorite but hasn't been himself the past 2 seasons.

Will have to see how Froome's form is, on paper he's got the win for sure.

Porte and De Gendt are other possible victors for me.

Yah, I think Tony will feel hard done by if he doesn't take it, but 'Berto can also TT pretty well, and he has been on form this year in all the ITT's, its a hard pick, Froome, Porte, 'Berto they all stand a chance,.... but I am rootin for 'Berto, I recon he will be up there with the best.  :)

Meanwhile...

Tom Dumoulin has inked a further contract with Team Sunweb that will take him up to the end of the 2021 season.

This was signed and sealed in the last week of the GIRO
