weren't these the same guys who got the wildcard rider over MTN at the Giro a few years back, even though they were also going through some "positive" problems?

Then, why wasn't this rule enforced with Astana when several dozen of their riders were caught?

30 days? What is that, a training camp? Surely this should effect what invites they get?

However, the ban is limited to international races meaning that Bardiani riders can take place in the Italian National Road Race Championships on 24th and 25th June.

Not much of a ban.

On the topic of cheats: Did you see a Nibali got kicked out of the Dauphine for holding onto a car?

Other Nibali. .his brother.. yeah it's a family thing

Not even much of a slap on the wrist !!

They should've been kicked out of the Giro..but the UCI and the race organisers kept is quiet until after the team presentation. .quite pathetic. They obviously didn't want the bad press before team presentation. . Pathetic that ban is pointless now.

Well, I am wholly and completely satisfied that pro cycling is wholly and completely free of any form of doping and that the UCI takes adequate steps to punish dopers.
