Howsit,

I have a Pyga 110 and are considering the new Spark - the reason is that the cockpit is longer and it may be time to change groupset. I am though battling to find a demo Spark 940/950 to actually feel the difference.

Has anyone else out there riden both and could you let me know you thoughts?

I love the Pyga, it is super fun, smile on your face all the way down and feels bottom-less - the harder you ride it the better. Apparently, the Spark is similar, it even has a slacker head angle and is a tad longer in the top tube.

All advice would be appreciated.

I would stick with Pyga purely because of their exceptional after sales service and product support.

I recently had an issue with my 2015 Oneten so I popped into Pyga in Howick. The outcome was leave it with us and we'll sort it out. Two days later, you can collect your bike! Result a brand new 2017 frame with all my components transferred to the new frame; no questions asked... Here is your bike, thank you for riding Pyga.

No fuss, exceptional service and product support from Patrick and his team.

I have to concur on the Pyga experience. What are the fundamental differences between the two bikes? Head Angle etc. Is there really a compelling reason to change your bike? Not to knock the Scott but the Pyga is less common if that matters.

The new carbon Pyga 160 that will be out in the next couple of months. First ones will be naked from what I understand, not the paint scheme that was shown on Pinkbike and on this forum..

Pyga.  Why change a frame that suits you?  If your main reason for wanting to replace is worn groupset, then just replace the groupset.  11-speed (especially SRAM Eagle) will have your bike up to date again  :whistling:
