That's what I meant. Unless the bike arrives with all the parts assembled, the 15% duty doesn't apply. I'll see what they come back with.

That's my preferred route, but they have no XL frames available. From the geometry, I may fit on a Large though, but I'd hate to end up with a bike too small.
