Hi all, please can someone advise me if its possible to convert my Giant Anthem 2 X 10 to a 1 X !2?

It looks pretty simple but often things aren't as they seem....

there are cheaper alternatives like the ethirteen sunrace 9-46 11 speed  cassette

Today's ride once again confirmed I am still very much a 2x rider !!

Even with the large cogg I do run out of top end - not often, but it happens.

I have been using the very low gears less and less .... yet after stairway-to-heaven I tried Dorst Berg .... On its own, maybe, but with tired leggs I NEEDED those very low gears, actually would have enjoyed something a bit lower ....

1x is certainly not for the casual amateur rider ....

on my commuter the 3x may well be upgraded to a 2x at some point .....

Yep. I have come to the same conclusion. I will still ride 2x10 for awhile

I was on 1x11 and then came back to 2x11 - I would say for shorter one day 70-90km rides maybe 1 x is ok but I now ride londger endurance so 2x11 sweet spot
