"New" Road Bike under 30K

I am selling my Scott Addict Road bike and is looking to upgrade to something new. Either new or second hand. Has no specific bike brand preference just that it should be a bit of all-rounder type bike suited for both climbing and racing.

 

Any advice on options to consider with a budget of around 25-30K?

28k for the 105 specced Giant TCR.

for R32k you can have my 1 year old Giant Propel Adv 0, Ultegra Di2 and a few extra's.

Bike has done just over 6000km, but is my second bike and not used all that much.

I have a propel also and its a great fast bike. But as a semi-aero design the TCR is a fantastic machine and tends to be a bit lighter at the same spec than the propel. The PRO advanced spec frame set is super strong and super light.

 

I believe Bling Matthews won most of his stages at TDF on a TCR - so its plenty fast... Why not get the frame right first then go from there.
