Was just wondering what the typical turn around time is after placing an order with BH?

I placed an order yesterday (before seeing this thread) and have heard nothing after sending through all the necesary confirmations of payments etc via email (the fax machine just rings). Just wondering when I should start to follow up.

Perhaps the contact details have changed? If so can someone from BH please update them.

The fax no. I have is (021)785-2949 & the e-mail is robin@bikehut.co.za

Hmm, I always say, "Anyone (person or Company) can have an issue, its how the issue gets RESOLVED that is the deciding factor.

Usually, the straight forward truth is all thats required.

Now I'm kinda upset that I did not order from them, they messed me about and are now giving me 50% discount. Maybe if I mess up my order I can blame them.

I gave up on BikeHut I ordered some parts in the Middle of March expecting about a 10 day Delivery. It's Now 70 days later, After numerous phone calls and emails, Ashely said that the would refund me the money. and since then i haven't been able to get hold of them.

Rob, Maybe you can sort somthing out? I know that your are atempting to put the business back IN LINE (On Line). But the dealing i have had with you over the last 2 months was Shocking.

I placed an order on 20 March got the same run around. Finally Ashley agreed to refund the cash, which he did with a cheque that bounced (that cost me an extra R60).

After numerous un-answered calls, I sent an SMS to Ashley stateing that if the money was not in my account by the following week I'd be opening a case of Fraud with the SAPS.

I got the money eft'd into my account on 20 May.

Avoid these guys like the plague.
