Have a look at these specials on Garmins. Did some googling but can't find anything that points to it being a Fraud setup?? This looks to good to be true?

Saw exactly the same this morning. Also saw another link with similar info (different name). Decided to follow the "if it looks too good to be true....." approach and stay away.
