ChrisF Posted November 21, 2017 Share Struggled with a friend's Ryder one to seat a tyre too.  Thought it was just me. hahaha Watched all the videos ... went through all the steps .... (short of using a tube to shape the tire) Rider beaded the one tire on the 2nd attempt. NO WAY to get it to seat the other .... started up the compressor and beaded it quickly !  Visually the Bontager unit has a larger cylinder .... I am VERY tempted. but I do have a compressor at home, and the Rider is okay to rebead a tire at an event .... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
