I can't seem to catch the 2 front runners - may have to wait for winter :)

I just need to stay close to them!

Already cycled 1.779 km with 26.722 m climbing, so a good start to the year and on track for 200 km of climbing this year!

656 km commuting.

I am on a course all week. So no commuting. But like Hairy says, long year ahead. ???? but I am seriously missing the bike morning and afternoon currently.

you may have to take a few days off in the new week from cycling in order to get your head back in the game ... take your time I say :P

I know many don't really like it but wet wipes / baby wipes work actually pretty well.

So I tired the bottle thing. Got into the shower like normal and used a 750ml bottle with a squirt nozzle, focusing on the important bits first. Wasn't bad at all, turns out 750ml of water is enough for a proper rinse.

winter is where things either fall apart or come together....hopefully we have a decent winter this year in CT .... then it will be good to see who rides on a daily basis ... commuters are not fair weather riders .... like roadies :P

I will fly down to the bottom of that list  in a few months. Going in for a shoulder op in April(no riding at all for 2 weeks and then only IDT for another 2 weeks, so no riding outside for 4 weeks at least) and then June/July I am off for 3 or 4 weeks paternity leave.

can't just drop that last line and get away with it ... congrats and best wishes on the new Short Wheel Base to come to your household !

You can commute to the shops for nappies then ;)

Good luck!
