ChrisF Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 Think the title says it all ... "Quick" seems to be thee editing software of choice at the moment, except this runs on Windows 10. Looking for something that can run on Windows 7. I do have Sony Vega on my desktop, and enjoy the look and feel of it. But looking for software to use on the laptop. Freeware is nice, but I dont mind spending a bit for a better product (programmers also need some income and all that ...) Thanks
capediver Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 For basic editing, Movie Maker is free but get the one before the latest version....they changed the interface making it a bit clumsy imo.

ChrisF Posted April 5, 2018 Author Posted April 5, 2018 I have the Session 5, so no GPS type data to overlay. I could insert "still images" from the Garmin to capture specific data .... Same as other editing packages there are multiple video streams, so it is possible to overlay if you do have more data will experiment with it ...

Fruity Posted August 31, 2018 Posted August 31, 2018 Still got Win 7 on my home PC, so at least there is editing software available for a GoPro on Win 7 - that's IF I get a GoPro.
