Yeah, he refused to work with Pollit in the finalé to keep the chasers away.

And then had the legs to to take the stage win

The peloton will surely find ways to let him and his team know that tactically they were unsportsmanlike.

As outsiders looking at the sport, there would be nothing wrong with what he did.

 

But, as with all sports, one starts to learn the nuances. The unwritten rules.

 

Rules like the guy that does all the work should win, especially when there has been an agreement.

 

HOWEVER, who in the peleton will give Mr Cousin a bit a reminder of how things work ? Or are the old days being left behind like cantilever brakes and there are no longer "leaders" in the peleton of the "unwritten rules" and it is every team for themselves?
