Can anyone  give me links to downloadable GXP or similar files of MTB  or trail running routes in the Western Cape  can download to my TOM TOM spark 3. I can hold a total of 15 trails to follow.

Check strava, there will be a couple, otherwise PM me, I will look for some via Garmin connect.

You can export you routes from strava as gpx files.

I'm not on Strava premium so cant download. Anyone able to send me the A-Z trail gpx file?

u dont need to be on premium membership.

Select the work out you want, on the left of the workout

Select the spanner and export GPX

Get the Trailforks app from either Google play or Istore or what ever they call it.

Let's you download for free.

 

Not all the trials are on there though. But most
