If you have still not bought the bike by 7am tomorrow, you might as well just keep riding what you have. You clearly don’t actually want a new bike ;)

its too late... old bike has been sold!!! new one has to come, pulled the plug today...

lets see what arrives...

Stunning!!!

Now get rid of that saddlebag ;)

And I hate to point this out, but it looks like you got a kid as part of the deal too!

Kid was on the couch until i got THREATENED... 'couch pic or it didnt happen'...

Got discount on the bike... Kid still costs me more

what do you do/use or how do you carry spares without saddle bag???

it happened

Many happy miles man, she is purty!

Agree, get rid of that saddle bag - it will mean you can't use your dropper to it's full drop. You can use a combination of new tools that go in front wheel axle, in your fork steerer, or attached to bottle cage.

For the tube and tyre levers you can use a strap to the frame.

And then, the easiest is of course a hydration pack. I'll post the link to a Seth's Bike Hacks video now that has some cool solutions for going saddle bag and hydration pack - less.

dont worry ... next "they" will dictate the length of your socks ....

sadly the bag will have a slight impact on the dropper post.  you would have to test to see if this is an issue for YOU.

OTHER OPTIONS -

- use the bottom bottle bracket for a "water bottle" shaped tools container

- spend silly amounts of money to look cool without a saddle bag .....

- be your own person and do what works for YOU ....

Saddle bags ROCK !!

for now it will have to work as i dont have any alternatives. vid looks cool with all those gadgets but time will tell.

What all do you carry with you then?? all that guy was short of was a dishwasher and sunlight soap...

My thinking is

2 bombs

tubelss repair kit

and maybe a spare tube...

and i quite like that spez chain fixer that goes in the top by the handle bars...

as you can see jargon is not my thing

At least it wasn't bar-ends.

A kid can be explained away
