scotty Posted May 1, 2018 Posted May 1, 2018 Anyone remember when used car parts industry was linked to car hijackings?Few years back there was a syndicate on the East rand who's modus operandi was to hijack or steal the car, drive it to an open area and then get kids to strip it for parts giving them a couple of hundred rand for the job. If they got caught they merely claimed they found the car abandoned and being kids not much could happen to them.
