Hey guys

I'm trying to add volume spacers to my rear shock monarch plus, but it's off a specialized so there's the proprietary autosag unit on the shock and for the life of me can't figure out how to remove the Aircan

I can see the O ring that needs to come out but it's snug under the autosag part

Any help will be greatly appreciated

I tried to but the autosag valve hits the reservoir.

shize   that did not occur to me , logic tells me it should be held on with A snap ring which you should be able to open and lift out with A pick

i there A groove on the bottom of the can ?

I took the valve off (thanks) but the Aircan hardly twists so must be the O ring. I've tried taking it off with a make shift pick but can you see how it's wedged under there, it's impossible to get to

Update: Got O ring out (wife had an actual pick)

Still can't twist the can off though

Twisting anticlockwise, all the air completely out the can etc...

Shot for this, need to service mine too, with autosag thingy.

Will do soon

dude it's  a huuuuuuuge mission

do above like mentioned, but then the positive chamber comes clean off with the air canister, and the autosag connection seals it on and cant be removed (tried everything)

Going to ask a pro tomorrow and will keep you posted

Remove the o ring, then you can slide the entire autosag assembly off over the end of the can.

The rest is easy.

I'm popping into your shop later this morning droo

hi I'm trying to do this on mine, managed to unscrew the whole assembly but cannot separate the auto sag from the can. god knows how you fit volume spacers in this as it looks like you cant even take the can off on this model, is this the case? thx
