First off - why insult the whole race for the actions of a few criminals? Also - why use an Asian slur on black South Africans?

I understood the term gook was referring to the type of people committing violent crimes like this one, not to "all" of whatever race was involved (presumably black Africans).

I’m not denying it’s a slur, however in the context of these arse wipes (not the general law abiding public) they deserve whatever insult comes there way. Making a fuss about a really old and seldom used term by some Hubber is the equivalent of making mountains out of molehills.
