RoddieJ Posted May 15, 2023 Share It just shows how difficult it is to win the EPL. Look at how clinical ManCity are at the minute, and compare it to their erratic mid season results. They dropped a fair number of points in mid season. Consider also that Arsenal were 8-11 points clear of City at the beginning of April, and then City who didn’t lose a game since mid-end Jan… Its all about consistency, and being mentality tuned in the run up…. I still think that Arsenal gave it a really good go! A top achievement still in my book. To me it doesn’t matter that they tripped at the final hurdle, they still kept us interested till very close to the end. City are in steamroller mode right now…. Although RM are not going to roll over on Wednesday, I expect City to just edge it.
