Starting to get properly excited by Arsenal again. Bring on United on Wednesday

Must say you guys looked sharp... we were definitely a bit flat, but that doesn't take anything away from your performance. Best one I have seen from an Arsenal team in some time.

Why do Everton have a right to feel aggrieved?

If the player had sat down and rolled around for the full four minutes would that mean no added time should be played?

Also the board shows the minimum added time, added to that is any time lost to stoppages (substitutions, goals, injuries etc) that occur within the added time.

Fully understand the rules of extra time.

And then there is Fergie time.

This one was close.

Man the Roma - Inter game is great.

Ended 2-2..

But a good performance from the young Roma side...and they have a serious injury problem atm still don't think Di Francesco is the man for Roma.. my son agreed.. poor kid was a nervous wreck.

Spalletti got the reception he deserved from the Roma faithful.. after Totti's book came out he has been declared the enemy of Rome.. how do you force Totti into retirement..absolutely terrible.. a player that carried that team for most of his career should've been able to retire on his terms...

Would've been perfect if Roma had won.

Emery has brought life back into Arsenal, both on and off the pitch. Something we have missed since Highbury.

Now that Mark Hughes has been shown the door, what next for Southampton?

Whoever it is has a hell of a job to do -   they always bought quality for cheap but I just don't see anything there. I really think they'll go down this year.

They must get Emery from Arsenal... throw silly money at him, do whatever it takes  :whistling:  :whistling:

Lets look at the usual relegation scrap specialists... Allardyce, Pulis, Hodgson, Redknapp

None really fit in with the Southampton ethos though.

There’s talk of Ralph Hasenhuttl... formerly of RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga

And maybe even Arsene Wenger... :joking:

Napoli vs Atlanta tonight..the youngsters ar Atalanta are really impressive and they smacked Inter a few weeks ago.. pressure on Napoli to not drop any more points to Juve.. maybe Atalanta can do us a favour just like Chievo did last round.
