who has a trainer becasue they don't know how to train correctly??....and who has a trainer because they need someone to report back to and the motivation???

Thats of the feedback guys and girls, I now have to go and look at all the info that has been given and chat to the people mentioned.

 

I diffinitely feel that the coach will be the best option in terms of results.
