No comments on pressfit BBs, please, but:

Where can i find the 2 little spindle sleeves - the ones that fit onto the crank spindle and into the inner race of the bearings. ?

Many bike shops wont take it out on its own. When the bearing feels worn..they chuck whole thing away. There is always sand behind this on a mtb or gravel bike. Ask them for a old set of bb bearings with these waiting for the bin...take out..clean..fit

They only come as part of a complete BB, but as Kotie says you can strip them out of an old one. I've got a pair for you if you're anywhere near Salt River.

Best thing you can do for a PF30 (or anything PF) is to install a WheelsMFG thread-together BB which will allow you to replace bearings individually. But kill this unit properly first, no point binning something that works.

You get Aluminium ones.  Think FSA makes them.
Will check if I have spare.

Just moer the old bearing out.  Get a good Japanes one at your local SPARES shop (NOT....I repeat NOT at your local bike shop.......they have no idea what a real bearing is)

Good bearing are around R200-R500 depending what you can lay your hands on.

From there press in the cups and then press into the frame.

Half the price of the LBS.
