MphatiPyga Posted January 2, 2019 Share My wifes Forerunner 35 has just stopped reading heart rate (wrist based), have tried a reset which didn't work. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a quick fix before I send off to Garmin to sort out, which will take a while I assume.
Wayne pudding Mol Posted January 2, 2019 Share Mine does this all the time, I hate the thing. Sent it back they told me nothing wrong. I turn it off and charge it - works again for a while but cut of my circulation.

Odinson Posted January 2, 2019 Share Debatable...Or we could just say "losing" Going by OP's decription, it should be "lost". Lexx

MphatiPyga Posted January 2, 2019 Share Managed to get the bloody thing going again, wouldn’t even pair to a heart rate strap! Went into the menu on the watch and restored it. Garmin has me doing that holding in one of the buttons for over 15 seconds, that obviously didn’t work. Thanks for all the advice, agreed it is not one of their best products! One of the cheapest watches though, no problem with my Fenix though Edited January 2, 2019 by MphatiPyga
