Nice. I seen some very nicely modded ones. Whole sub culture

Won't do too much. A nice high output pickup, locking tuners and a new nut. Will be one angry metal guitar.

Latest addition to the collection. These are hens teeth. Been looking for one in mint condition for years. One or two upgrades and it will be a superb chugger.

I saw one going on SAMIS this weekend for R2700,  see one every now and again going on SAMIS seems they are only getting more pricier.

P.s  Nice Find..

I've never been into guitar mods, but I found this Seymour Duncan Custom JB a while back. The start of something totally ridiculous and hideously gorgeous.

Wanted to drop it into the Hello Gitty but the trembucker is too wide. So still looking for another pickup. Received some other goodies to upgrade her to a gigable guitar in the meantime. Might put the JB into a Strat.

Grant is brilliant. I'm still dreaming about getting one of his custom guitars.

Have to concur, Grant is the man... all my guitars while in ZA were only worked on by him.... My les paul to this day stays well in tune even after months.

His brother played a mean guitar too back in the day, played in a famous band whose name has compeltely eclipsed me now...a lefty
