Does anybody have more information. We drove past the scene in Sunday and saw the bicycle in the road. Did not know it was this serious.RIP and lots of strength to his family
RocknRolla Posted May 7, 2019 Posted May 7, 2019 I read the article. Not sure of the exact details, but the cyclist was hit by a panelvan, fell into the road. Severe injuries, multiple fractures and broken bones.Was airlifted to Milpark, but sadly passed away on the way to hospital.Edit: added that the driver stopped, but tried to blame it on another vehicle, of which there was none. He was my physio for a number of years, I was shocked to see his photo amd then read the details in the article. RIP Oom Willie
