Vetplant Posted July 1, 2019 Posted July 1, 2019 The incident has certainly raised awareness of the role of insurance. It’s ultimately very cheap for peace of mind. We spend loads on all sorts of stuff. Insurance is cheaper than a pair of fancy socks. So what kind of insurance should I have active on my insurance schedule? Personal liability? I have about R5mil cover added on my profile which works out to R10 n month, is that sufficient?
Shebeen Posted July 1, 2019 Posted July 1, 2019 Claimant's barrister in controversial Brushell vs Hazeldean case shares his view https://clinicalnegligencebarrister.wordpress.com/2019/06/24/brushett-v-hazeldean-the-facts/an interesting read, seems the judge did a decent job and it's more the system that ends up being so expensive. not much of a zebra crossing there.

The pedestrian crossing is pretty clearly visible there (on both sides of the "V" shaped building even). Not all pedestrian crossings are "zebra" style.
