Took my cracked sido 1 in this morning and a couple of hours later left with a full carbon mtb. On top of that all the parts was checked, cleaned and greased/lubed where necessary. I recieved a full assessment of the condition of every part as well. I am very grateful and relieved as I am riding w2w in two weeks.
