Cannondale PF30 83mm to Shimano 24mm

Hi,

Can anyone suggest a BB to convert a Scalpel Si to accept 24mm Shimano cranks. One that screws the left and right ups together rather that presses into the frame. There is loads for 73mm BB shells but none for 83mm as far as I can see. Some guys suggested the Wheels Mfg 386Evo to Shimano models. Any ideas will be appreciated.

Cannondale's use BB30, so you need a BB30 to Shimano 24 adapter.  Wheels Manufacturing are among the better ones.

Hi BattleScar, what year Scalpel SI do you have?

 

Sorry, must be 2017+ as you reference the 83mm shell width. The shimano crankset axles aren't (currently) long enough to be used on the scalpel si’s. There are rumours that its coming (as the team is using shimano cranksets)
