You can try Cogent Industries if Faerie Glen is not too far for you.    I have met the guys there and they are awesome and know their stuff.

I ride a Scott spark 700 ultimate I weigh 100kg what should the PSI be for the front and rear shocks ?

The rule of thumb :

REAR : 2x your weight, thus 200psi

Front : 1x your weight, thus 100psi

this is a good starting point.

Now check the "sag" when you are on the bike ...

Next, check how much of the shock travel you use on the trails ...  I aim for 80 to 90% travel on a hard/bumpy ride.

On my current bike I am now at 2x at the rear, and slightly less than 1x on the front ....

On my Scott I was a bit more than 2x at the rear and also a bit more than 1x on the front.
