Give them back their 'H', and put that darn climb back where it belongs!

so what if the stellenboschies feel displeased.....its defintley not Helshoogte -Johannesburg !!!!!

Ag we're not that sensitive....the profile that Fatty posted is from the turnoff at the R44 (as it states), the real climb only starts after the traffic light at the bottom, which I guess is at about 2.4-2.5 km on the profile.  And the distance is 4.5 km, not 3.8 like I said earlier...3.8 km is where I normally jump over the barriers to do the descent on the "old" road....

Dis omdat daar gesprint word teen daai stuk en ek het die eerste keer gedink dis net tot die einde van daai stukkie. Nog nooit met die kar of fiets daar oor gewees nie. Nou het ek hom al 'n 100 keer gedoen en in 'n race bly het etter. Maar ry hom liewers 10keer in 'n race as Vissershok.

I've measured helshoogte a couple of times after i heard amny discussions about the length of the climb. from the last traffic lights to the top my speedo always showed me 3,7 km. comparing my speedo with other people it works correctly...

Helshoogte is die een wat so lui begin. Na 'n kilo is dit by die robot. Julle kan raai waar die ander is!!! Die groen een wat by die screen uitgaan gaan vir nog so 50 meter op.
