Pain in left sit bone

You thought about leg length discrepancy? I had an irritating niggle on one side. Saddle sores, sore riding... Tried different saddles, different shorts, different setups. Problem was, my left leg is slight shorter than my right, but the right side was the one that was measured when doing bike fitments. Eventually sorted when I got a spez fitment done, purely because they were close by, and the fitter noticed a discrepancy. A little 2mn shim in the shoe and I'm 100% now... Might be worth checking...

Definitely on the list of things we are considering.

She did speak to our guy at Spez today and got pricing on the bike fit. Very reasonable and if the quick fixes don’t help we will definitely take it up.

Having been a staunch supported of CycleFit, I really enjoyed the advanced stuff Spez had on even their basic fitment. No, there wasn't any lasers, and no, no fancy camera to watch yourself. But I did enjoy the fact that the fit was done to ME, not a manual, and that actually watching me, meant they could easily spot things that other bike fitments never caught. Well worth it.

Please consider the advice given about going to see Richard Baxter, and then do it.

He is not a "guy at Spez". He is not a bike shop employee doing set-ups part time, he does not sell or service bicycles, all he does is professionally fit cyclists to their bicycles, and he does it very, very well.

It is no surprise that his name comes up every time someone has a bike fit issue.  He is experienced, meticulous, and truly professional. He has earned his kudos.

You’re right. He isn’t any of those people. He is ..... Richard Baxter...
