Brands with warranty carry over (second hand)

What locally available brands offer warranty carry over. Looking for secondhand bike.

I only know of Titan for certain, although I read somewhere on the Hub that Specialised has also started offering multi user warranties. Not sure if the warranties only apply from bikes sold after a certain date.

Specialized has a 2 year warranty from original purchase date for subsequent owners.

Correct, for all product origionally sold from October 2019 ... just double check the month I stated.

Yes, TITAN offers a transferrable warrantee on the FRAME.

 

 

HOWEVER - note the fine print - https://www.titanracingbikes.com/5-year-multi-user-warranty/

- the first owner MUST register the frame serial number on their website to start this process, within 30 days of the purchase

- the original purchase slip must be kept.

- these documents to be handed over to the second owner.
