You may want to include your location, hard to give you a useful recommendation when so far we are reasonably certain your on planet earth, although likely somewhere in South Africa, but that’s still a few thousand square kilometers.

Measure the width of velcro on the shoe and go to a big haberdashery or material supplier shop and buy a meter or less . Find one of these corner shoe makers and get them to strip old out and re sew  in the new one . Maybe you only need the one half replaced . These guys sew by hand so can get into small sections of shoes unlike the franchised shoe repair guys who use machines and tell you it cant be done . I have had many replacements done   by my guy on our corner . Generally you can pick up within the hour and its in expensive
