I don't know, I think one of my mates I'm going with this year said that's how he got an Elite seeding for CTCT but I may have misunderstood

You can win the elite SA road race title, that means nothing. Your time for the aurgust is the only thing that matters.

Anyone else notice that there was no 'goodie' in the riders pack this year?  Like the bag and the awesome Knog rear light from previous years.  

That braai pack though 

 

I personally much prefer a shower and getting settled before having a big meal.

CTCT is why you want to have a good seeding

 

Hopefully that winelands race in Paarl and the Nationals in Swellendam give me a good boost for CTCT this year, if it happens. Last year I had a decent seeding but a broken arm

 

 

 

Ya I'm going to have to consider the Nationals race too. I'll be at Transbaviaans repeat on the 30th when the Winelands race is happening.

we were staying in some awesome digs that catered so we donated the braai pack to a very appreciative staff who I hope had a great braai for themselves.

same, we all came from different places (some even from europe) and left right after the race, so some lucky staff got the whole pack for him and his family, I have no idea what was in there but apparently it was a good one.

 

All I had was a shitty bar and a bottle

In the back of a team mates bakkie. She takes it everywhere. I suggested she call the AA but she said her membership lapsed and she didn't need a mechanic anyway
